B2B purchase of services
When purchasing services, Poe enters into a dialogue with you to ensure that you receive the service(s) that fit your needs.
Before any work can start, a contract is put together, stipulating the project and price, which you are to sign or agree to in writing.
With shorter collaborations, you'll receive an invoice upon the delivery of the service on the agreed email. With longer collaborations, you can expect to pay in instalments.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and are excluding VAT (25%) as all services at Poe are purely B2B.
All services at Poe are paid after delivery of the service or as described above, unless otherwise agreed. Payment is made via invoice with a 30-day payment deadline
In the event of payment after the payment deadline, interest of 0.60% per month commenced and a fee of DKK 100.00 is charged.
Right of withdrawal
As a business, you don't have the right of withdrawal. When a contract is signed and the service started, the collaboration comes into effect.
Consumer complaint
Businesses have two months to complain.
At Poe, we recommend that you read the received text upon receipt, so you can complain without any unnecessary delays.

Responsibility
Poe is not responsible if the received text/product does not live up to your expectations or if you don't achieve the desired results when using texts/products from Poe.
When buying Poe's services, it is your responsibility to check for errors and defects. Proofreading only includes the agreed types of errors. For that reason, we recommend that you read through the text upon receipt.
Reservations are made for overlooked errors.
Poe can never be held liable for losses or consequential damages when purchasing services.
Delivery
Materiale leveres til den aftalte mailadresse eller anden kommunikationskanal, medmindre andet er aftalt.
Deadline er formuleret i kontrakten.
Rettigheder
Det endelige produkt er dit til evig brug, medmindre andet er oplyst.
Tavshedspligt
Hos Poe respekterer vi vores kunder, og derfor garanterer vi tavshedspligt under og efter vores samarbejde.
